Due to health issues certain items are exempt from our return policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on ,swimwear, hosiery and underwear.
We will be happy to refund or exchange any damaged, unworn merchandise with all tags and a copy of your receipt or invoice within 14 days from the date of sale.
This means we must receive your return no later then the 14th day.
You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, we will then pay to ship out your first exchange to you (no cost for you). After that, additional exchanges on the same order will be charged a postage fee.
Hosiery, Underwear, and all Seasonal Items (including costumes and masks) are final sales.
Swim wear is non-refundable.
Orders placed during give-away promotions may only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Unfortunately the complexities of international shipping sometimes means that packages can either be stuck in one place for a long time or the tracking information cannot be updated electronically for a long time.
This means that we cannot always get an accurate picture of where the package is, or how much longer it will take to get to its destination. Tracking will sometimes show an item sitting in one place half a world away for two weeks and the next day it will mysteriously arrive.
On very rare occasions deliveries are held by customs for various reasons.
This is out of our control and there is nothing that we can do to help you.
If it takes too long for customs to release your delivery, and if they haven’t contacted you, please give them a call.
